Empowering Armenia’s regions through tech
The Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and Armenian Code Academy announce the launch of “Your Path to IT” - a transformative, tuition-free educational program designed to open doors to the digital economy for Armenia’s emerging talent.
This initiative - part of the “Mass Education” component under the “University-Private Sector Cooperation for Workforce Development” program - is specifically designed to strengthen regional access to future-ready skills.
Over 200 participants from Shirak and Lori, including high school and university students as well as aspiring tech professionals, will take part in comprehensive training across key areas such as:
- Programming fundamentals
- UX/UI design
- Machine learning
- Cybersecurity and phishing awareness
- Emerging technologies
By bridging the digital divide, “Your Path to IT” aims to equip participants with the tools and confidence to navigate Armenia’s fast-growing tech sector and to make informed, empowered career decisions.
Looking ahead, the Mass Education initiative is set to scale significantly, reaching up to 700 participants across 7 regions of Armenia in 2025.
