➽ The Government of the Republic of Armenia has introduced amendments to the decision "On Approving the Support Program for the Development of Greenhouse Farming in the Republic of Armenia."

Under the revised decision, beneficiaries are allowed to independently acquire the necessary equipment and materials for the construction and installation of greenhouses. The construction and installation works must be carried out by a single contractor (a legal entity or individual entrepreneur), who may involve subcontractors to fulfill their obligations.

To ensure equal conditions for all beneficiaries, the amendments are given retroactive effect, applying also to relationships established after July 26, 2024 - provided the relevant credit agreement provisions are amended accordingly.

An additional provision specifies that monthly subsidy applications will include only the interest rates calculated during the previous month and pertaining to new beneficiaries who became eligible during that month.
