Investment Promotion
Enterprise Armenia plays a key role in Armenia's investment promotion activities by attracting new foreign direct investments to Armenia’s developing sectors of the economy with high investment potential and competitive advantages. We employ our best efforts to:

Position and promote Armenia as an attractive investment destination, introducing to international business circles the investment climate and the advantages of doing business in Armenia.

Develop and coordinate institutional cooperation with partner organizations and BSOs worldwide, organizing joint business events to attract new investments and expand the business network.

Investment Facilitation
Acting as a one-stop shop, Enterprise Armenia provides assistance to investors by coordinating and supporting their investment projects and initiatives. The coordination service for investment projects aims to streamline the investment process, minimize bureaucratic hurdles, advocate for the interests of investors, ensure successful project implementation and increase investors’ satisfaction. This service caters to both domestic and foreign investment projects, spanning from the initial idea formation phase to project execution.
COORDINATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IS CONDUCTED BY:

Smooth commencement of investment projects
Comprehensive consultations on sectors and opportunities for investments, legal framework, financial assistance programs, state-provided incentives, through hotline, e-mail or meetings.

Identification of issues and constraints preventing effective implementation of investment projects
Identifying problems encountered during the implementation of investment projects and providing rapid response to them, developing a roadmap for overcoming obstacles.

Ensuring effective communication between the state and the private sector
Reducing red tapes that prevent the implementation of investment projects, establishing effective communication with relevant state authorities, organizing discussions among stakeholders and proposing possible solutions to the problems.
Investor Aftercare
Recognizing the significance of foreign investments in Armenia and the importance of their smooth implementation, Enterprise Armenia has introduced a comprehensive "Aftercare Program". This program is designed to foster robust connections with the foreign investor community in Armenia, aiming to eliminate or mitigate any difficulties their investment projects might face.
The Aftercare Program focuses on three main objectives:
Problem-Solving: Identifying and summarizing the problems investors might face, developing & implementing a roadmap for overcoming obstacles and submitting proposals to the relevant authorities based on it to improve the business environment, providing policy advocacy
Raising Satisfaction: Ensuring prompt reply in the post-investment stage, managing and supporting projects initiated by investors
Supporting: Supporting existing investors and re-investment activities, ensuring preconditions for investment retention
