Job responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research pertinent to investment projects in priority sectors.
  • Develop legal analyses and proposals aimed at enhancing Armenia's investment climate.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal assessments of Armenia's investment landscape and its distinctive features.
  • Provide investors with comprehensive insight into the regulatory frameworks governing the business environment in the Republic of Armenia, offering guidance on navigating the legal and legislative landscape to facilitate the successful implementation of investment projects.
  • Address legal challenges encountered by organizations with foreign investments.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, business conferences, and related events.
  • Engage in program development and reporting activities, encompassing short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities as required.
  • Undertake additional duties as delegated by the Head of the Department.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a legal capacity.
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English, with proficiency in additional languages considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with the Mulberry system preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exemplary customer service.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  • Proactive approach with a capacity for initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in liaising with governmental institutions is desirable.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
