Junior Manager of Investor Support and Aftercare Services

Job responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and furnish information pertinent to investors' inquiries.
  • Conduct assessments of investment strategies and key areas for investing entities.
  • Manage telephone and email support services for investors, offering timely guidance and information online.
  • Coordinate investor meetings and, when required, engage in site visits to familiarize stakeholders with investment opportunities.
  • Disseminate information regarding existing government support initiatives.
  • Execute tasks outlined in investment plans effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date investor databases, incorporating changes in business activities and product details.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities as necessary.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, business symposiums, and similar events.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as outlined by relevant regulatory statutes and the terms of the employment agreement.Undertake additional duties as delegated by the Head of the Department.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency in computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation with a commitment to goal attainment.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and stressful environments.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to facilitate successful interactions with stakeholders.
